Passed the 2-Step PRO6 after 5 weeks. Requested a $2600 payout and they denied it citing a retroactive rule change. Currently disputing. Read the ToS very carefully.

Was in Phase 2 when I had a family medical emergency. Didn't trade for 10 days and they deleted my account without warning. No grace period, no notification. Lost $600 fee.
